President & CEO
Austin leads Veil’s investigative, continuity, and operational consulting work. His background spans emergency services, cybersecurity, continuity planning, and operational leadership, giving him a multidisciplinary perspective on organizational resilience and failure analysis. He brings a disciplined, evidence‑driven approach to solving complex problems in high‑risk environments.
Austin is the architect of Veil’s operational doctrine and capability framework, ensuring every engagement is grounded in clarity, precision, and defensible methodology. His work integrates investigative rigor with practical, field‑tested planning to support clients navigating uncertainty, disruption, and organizational change.
Veil operates with a global network of trusted specialists and partners, enabling scalable support across operational, digital, and field environments — including technical field services for hard‑to‑reach locations.
Skye Osiadacz
Vice President - Emergency Management
Skye supports Veil’s emergency management, continuity, and operational consulting work. His background includes service as a U.S. Army Motor Transport Operator (88M), where he executed convoy operations, movement control, and mission‑critical logistics in dynamic and high‑risk environments. He later refined that operational foundation through experience as both a structural and wildland Firefighter / EMT, giving him a grounded understanding of incident operations, risk, and system behavior under pressure.
As Vice President of Emergency Management, Skye serves as a senior operational partner in the development of emergency management plans, continuity frameworks, and occupational safety initiatives. He contributes to incident analysis, hazard identification, and readiness assessments, applying field‑informed judgment to strengthen organizational reliability and mission continuity. His work reinforces Veil’s commitment to disciplined methodology, operational clarity, and practical, execution‑focused solutions.
Austyn Kirkham
Director of Technical Field Services
Austyn brings a mechanically driven, field‑ready background to Veil, shaped by his work as a diesel mechanic and his experience operating in demanding environments. His technical aptitude, problem‑solving ability, and comfort in remote or vertical terrain make him a natural fit for Veil’s rope access and technical field services work.
As Director of Technical Field Services, Austyn supports rope access operations, AMGA‑aligned terrain movement, and field assessments. His mechanical expertise provides valuable insight during equipment evaluations, site inspections, and select investigative engagements where technical systems or mechanical failure may be contributing factors.
Austyn is advancing through SPRAT Levels I–III and AMGA coursework, strengthening his ability to support vertical access, remote terrain assessments, and field‑based technical tasks. His blend of mechanical skill, field experience, and emerging rope access capability adds depth and versatility to Veil’s technical field services team.
Mikael Sandecki
Field Services & Safety Supervisor
Mikael brings a disciplined, mission‑focused background to Veil, shaped by his service as a U.S. Army 11B Infantryman and refined through years of hands‑on work in construction and general contracting. His field experience — from grading and land clearing to hardwood and tile installation — gives him a grounded understanding of safety, site operations, and complex work environments.
At Veil, Mikael supports operational investigations and technical field services, contributing to incident and accident analysis while ensuring safe, professional execution in challenging environments. As Veil’s rope access capability grows, he will supervise vertical access operations and support field‑based assessments.
Mikael is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and advancing through a structured professional development pathway that includes DHS HSEEP, Kelvin TOP‑SET, and SPRAT Levels I–III, along with non‑tactical executive protection and security planning coursework.
